Based on Article 7 of Law no. 119/2014 “On the right to information” (hereinafter “LDI”), the Financial Intelligence Agency (hereinafter “AIF”) publishes the Transparency Program (hereinafter “PT”) approved by the Commissioner for
Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “Commissioner”). DPPPP publishes information according to its functional activity, and will review and update PT in any case of change of
institutional activity, legal regulatory framework or any other element related to proactive transparency.
The categories of mandatory information to be made public are specified in the DPPPP PT. Unsolicited public information must be: complete, accurate, up-to-date, easy to consult, understandable,
easily accessible and compatible with original documents in possession of DPPPP. Also, before publishing the information, DPPPP assesses whether there are any legal restrictions on publication.
Acts containing rules, norms or limitations of the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, as well as having a direct effect on them, are made public by posting or posting on the official website,
within 48 hours of the approval of the act by DPPPP.
The categories of mandatory information to be made public, the method of publication, as well as the legal provisions from which the obligation to publish arises, are specified in the PT. In publishing information, DPPPP maintains
taking into account the public interest, as well as enabling easy access to public information.
