This week, our delegation from the Financial Intelligence Agency of Albania is proudly participating in the 30th Plenary of the Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units, hosted by the Luxembourg FIU (Cellule de Renseignement Financier – CRF).

Albania has been a member of the Egmont Group since July 2003. This plenary provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships, build new collaborations, and contribute to initiatives that enhance global efforts against financial crime.

The week includes important discussions across various working groups, regional forums, and workshops, as well as the Heads of FIU meeting and the plenary session itself. We look forward to sharing insights and advancing cooperation to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
