The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Mr. Reinout Vos, conducted an official visit to the Financial Intelligence Agency, where he was welcomed by the Director General, Mr. Ervin Koçi, together with senior representatives of the Agency’s structures. The Financial Intelligence Agency plays a pivotal role in Albania’s European integration process. Effective financial investigations, robust anti-money laundering systems, and strengthened institutional cooperation constitute key pillars of the rule of law and are fundamental to meeting the criteria for EU membership.
